What is a "Super Freeze" and what are its advantages?
"Super freeze" is a fast freezing mode in which the temperature in the freezer drops sharply to the lowest possible level. Due to this, the products freeze much faster than with conventional freezing. Instead of large ice crystals, small ones are formed that do not destroy the cells of the products.
